Purchase and Sale Policy
1. Confidentiality: WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker attacks through the "Site Blindado" seal.
2. Customer Service: Customers can use this service to resolve any doubts, requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. This service can be accessed through the website form or by sending an email to contato@wtavet.com.br , both available in our "Customer Service Center".
3. Delivery Policy: The delivery time for Products is informed during the purchase process, calculated in business days. Product deliveries are made by the Post Office from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. WTA is not responsible for delays resulting from strikes, work stoppages and/or delays by the Post Office.

4. Right of withdrawal: The Customer will be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed:
- The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, starting from the date of receipt;
- In case of buyer's remorse, the product must be returned to WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP, intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice).
4.1 - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service. Expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be covered by WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP.
4.2 - For purchases made with a credit card, the card issuer will be notified and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent statement, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund period and the collection of any remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value to the Customer's credit card by WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP are the responsibility of the card issuer. In the event of future installments being charged by the card issuer, the Customer will not be burdened, since WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP refunds the full value of the Product in a single payment, with the credit for the refund being granted in full by the card issuer on the billing statement following the month of cancellation.
4.3 - For purchases paid with a bank slip, the refund will be made via bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's individual checking account. The CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) of the account holder must be the same as the one on the order (Customer's CPF). If the buyer does not have a checking account that meets the aforementioned conditions, a Payment Order in the name of the purchase holder will be sent within the same timeframe. This can be redeemed at any Itaú Bank branch upon presentation of an identity document and CPF.
4.4 - WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP is exempt from the obligation to cancel the transaction related to any product that does not meet the requirements listed in this clause.
5. Exchange and Return Policy (not due to buyer's remorse): all occurrences involving exchanges or returns (not resulting from exercising the right of withdrawal) will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.
5.1 - The burden of returning/shipping the purchased products rests with WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP. Therefore, the company has priority in deciding the method of shipment. To avoid any expenses on your part for the return, it is essential that you contact the sales department before sending the purchased products back. WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP may choose to ship via the Post Office or another available service. In case of buyer's remorse, the product must be returned to WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP, intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice).
5.2 - The product must be returned with the DANFE (Brazilian electronic invoice) and a letter describing the reason for the return. The absence of the DANFE and/or the letter will prevent the identification of the order and, consequently, the refund of the amount paid. Therefore, do not forget to send the DANFE and the letter describing the reason for the return.
5.3 - The refund of the product value, including the original shipping cost, will be processed after an analysis of the condition of the returned products and may be done in the following ways.
5.4 - For purchases made with a credit card, the refund request will be immediately submitted to your card issuer and registered. The refund on your statement, depending on the request date and your card's due date, may appear in up to two (2) subsequent statements.
5.5 - For purchases paid via bank slip, the refund will be made via DOC to the account you indicate. Timeframe for credit to your checking account: seven (7) business days.
5.6 - Defective product
The maximum period for reporting defective products is 90 days.
The product must be sent to WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP, along with the invoice or proof of purchase, and will undergo evaluation. If no defect is detected, it will be returned to the customer.
5.7 - Other reasons
We request that you refuse delivery if you notice any damage to the product upon arrival, such as:

Product does not match the order.
The deadline to request a return is 72 hours from the date of receipt.
6. Accepted payment methods:
6.1 - Payment in cash: bank slip; credit card;
6.2 - Payment in installments: credit card.
6.3 - For credit card payments, the request will be subject to approval by the card issuer. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP via email.
7. Delivery times and payment method:
7.1 - Purchases paid with credit card: the delivery time is calculated from the verification of registration data and confirmation of payment by the card issuer. Confirmation is completed within one business day. In case of registration discrepancies, WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP will contact the buyer.
7.2 - Purchases paid by bank slip: the delivery time is calculated from the confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is made within three business days from the date of payment.
8. Sales:
8.1 - Sales on the WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP website are only available within Brazilian territory.
8.2 - The product inventory in the online store is not the same as that of the WTA company. If the customer wants something that is out of stock in the store or in larger quantities, please contact our sales representatives at +55 (16) 3951-8161.
9. Pricing Policy:
9.1 - Product prices on the WTA - Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP website may change without prior notice. Prices are valid only within Brazilian territory.
