In your message, please include:

  • Description of the issue or defect observed
  • Return address (full name, address, city, state/province, zip code, and country)

Important Notices

Products older than 3 years will require a service invoice, which must be paid in full before the repaired unit is released and shipped back to your location.

Please ensure all products are fully and securely packaged, including all accessories such as chargers, batteries, cables, humidifiers, and any other components that are part of the setup. This allows us to avoid additional damage during shipping and to perform a complete test of the full system upon arrival.

IMPORTANT — Shipping Label & Invoice Declaration

When creating the shipping label, please make sure the shipment is declared as "RETURN AND REPAIR." This ensures that taxes, duties, and fees are kept low. These taxes, duties, and fees must be covered by the customer.

The proforma/commercial invoice must:

  • Show a realistic value of the equipment for customs assessment purposes.
  • Include the exact following statement: "Goods shipped for repair and return under Active Processing regime. Value for customs purposes only. (Aperfeiçoamento Ativo)."
  • Include the serial number of each equipment.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in higher costs and possible return of the product.
