Important Notices
Products older than 3 years will require a service invoice, which must be paid in full before the repaired unit is released and shipped back to your location.
Please ensure all products are fully and securely packaged, including all accessories such as chargers, batteries, cables, humidifiers, and any other components that are part of the setup. This allows us to avoid additional damage during shipping and to perform a complete test of the full system upon arrival.
IMPORTANT — Shipping Label Declaration
When creating the shipping label, please make sure the shipment is declared as "RETURN AND REPAIR." This ensures that taxes, duties, and fees are kept low. These taxes, duties, and fees must be covered by the customer.
Failure to comply with these two requirements may result in higher costs and possible return of the product.
